What Happens When You Delete Your Account In-App:
- Immediate Cloud Erasure: Your account credentials, user profile details, user UID, and all synced Cloud Firestore database records are permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
- Media File Deletion: All uploaded media assets attached to your entries—including photos, drawings, and recorded voice notes—are purged from Firebase Storage.
- Local Storage Reset: Local databases (
GetStorageandSqflite) on your device are cleared. - Session Sign-Out: You will be logged out of the app automatically, and your active session will terminate.
3. Option 2: Delete Cloud Backup Data Without Deleting Account
If you wish to purge your cloud database backups and uploaded media while keeping your user account active, you can clear backup data separately:
- 1Open MoodOn.
- 2Navigate to Settings -> Backup & Sync.
- 3Tap Delete All Backup Data.
- 4Confirm deletion.
- 5_Effect:_ All synced Firestore entries and media files stored in the cloud are removed, while your local device entries remain intact.
4. Option 3: Manual Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your device, or are unable to delete your account in-app, you can submit a manual account deletion request to our support team:
